The Roam approach

You bring the wish. Your agents carry the work.

We are building Roam so that planning a family trip starts with a simple request, supported by private agents that understand the people going.

Start with what you want

A school break, a destination or a feeling you want from the trip is enough to begin. With your permission, your agent should use the family context you have already shared and ask only for what is missing or has changed.

Let the agents do the research

Finding suitable places, checking dates, understanding room arrangements and comparing the full cost are work for the agents. They should keep track of unanswered questions and explain the tradeoffs in ordinary language.

Choose the memories worth paying for

Memories per Dollar compares likely enjoyment and time together with the total cost, travel effort and downsides. The goal is a few clear choices, with the reasons and confidence behind each one.

Approve the decisions

The family approves the exact arrangements, price and terms before spending. Agents should carry the approved work through and follow up until the supplier confirms the booking. A Roam advisor remains accountable for the service.

Make the next trip easier

Your family should own its agents and control what they remember. After a trip, useful feedback can improve the next one. Sharing learning with other families is always a choice.
